Standard Family Orders – Out now for Consultation
Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division has issued the second set of Standard Family Orders. They follow the first release from 30 November 2017 and are for consultation.
Many of the orders have been in circulation for some time, some not, so the President has decided there needs to be a short consultation.The consultation will run until Monday 16 April 2018. Comments, suggestions for improvements and any proposed drafting amendments should be sent by email to: [email protected].
